Read op I just said illegal as an extreme title but I CLEARLY SAID you can still can do what you want just with a fee as a barrier the same way you need money to gamble, the same way there’s a price to get any addictive substance in this world. And it will help other areas from the “tax” money raised from it building schools or leading to lower taxes on your income
And anyways with that logic then there should be 0 laws, licensing, or anything for guns, substances, property, food standards or anything because that’s stupid right.
They should let 15 year olds be able to get 10000 percs from the Vitamin section because that’s on him if anything bad comes from it

Where did I say kids can’t get guns? I just said that about OTC xans as an extreme example, the emphasis wasn’t on the age but the fact that they’re regulated to be only a prescription FOR ADULTS TOO but All these laws you justify in your head apply to adults that can discern for themselves but according to your logic they should be able to do what they want right it’s an individual problem
