@dawg how have things been lately breaking into the art gallery world?

I’m having my third show coming up this Sunday. Still getting acclimated to the art scene.

Getting back into painting and taking my time on pieces. I’m still working towards a solo show.

Thinking of ig content and my over all brand and what I want to do as far as my creative umbrella.

There’s this dude who I fw his clothes / screen prints / found vintage and screen print on shirts and sell . I want to design something for him and learn that process.

As a whole I’m kinda just thinking about what I want to do creatively and exploring my ideas, learning new things and getting better.

Nice! It's great that you're consistently getting these placements, man

but man branding/advertising yourself on social media is such a pain (imo) especially these days. Hope you're considering how filming reels fit into your workflow bc that's grown pretty important there for the algo. Though, there are plenty of painters on there that I'm sure you're already watching for inspo/direction on that front. Watching one of your pieces come together will probably do well there (if the algo cooperates lol). I gave up on all of that a while ago lol :clapdead:

yeah its just a hassle having to go to a print shop and use all the gear and everything its a big production!!

very true. I have a friend that had the space to set up a printing area in his garage but he couldn't set it back up once he moved just remembered that he still has my screens lol I should look into finding a local studio that allows outsider printing anyway, the same guy bought a riso printer so we've been meaning to do some riso projects together
