Cole has been better technique wise because I think that's the trait Cole values the most, but in terms of lyrical content and sound of the music I think Cole has a plateau that he can't surmount. Mainly because of how ordinary his content is

This is my only issue with Cole honestly. He’s an elite elite elite rapper but has been telling the same story for years which is why sometimes his features sound better than his solo tracks. When he can just rap & doesn’t have to worry about creating a song from scratch, he’s undefeated.
