The roles you pick and the reception to those films absolutely play into publics perception of you though. I don't get the argument that this just comes down to how many films we can name they did. Pedro hasn't had a really good streak of films even going back to 2024. Didn't start this year well also.

If you agree that they’re all overexposed then we’re on the same page. Nowhere have I said Pedro and Pattinson are on similar runs of quality films

Two actors can be in the same amount of films, completely overexposed but viewed/critiqued differently because number of films isn't the sole statistic.

Your first comment was about Pattinson getting the same energy and he simply won't because perception of his roles and films are different.

Just because I like Pattinson’s last 5 films more than Pedro’s last 5 films doesn’t change the fact that they’ve each starred in 5 films. Quality is a different argument than the overexposed nonsense they were spouting last year. I didn’t agree with it for either actor regardless what I think of them

But I generally go into most things unbiased. Even if it’s a prestige director I like I don’t automatically think their next film is going to be something I like and it’s ok if I don’t. Doesn’t affect my excitement for their next film. A director I don’t care for might drop a movie I love

I've seen too much of his stuff to be told I can't have an opinion on him. Especially if that opinion concerns the volume of it.

The best work I've seen him do is Prospect (2018). Watch that for a really good Pedro Pascal performance. He was great on Game of Thrones too obviously.

For an actor to truly be overexposed, they would legitimately have to be in like 50+ movies in one calendar year

The only MAJOR films Pattinson's been in this year are The Odyssey and Dune Part 3

The only reason The Drama and Primetime are being treated as "major" is because he (along with Zendaya for The Drama) is starring in them
