They really did incorporate Nikke with the long range weapns hah. This force section of long range is funny cuz they want you to see. 👀

What seals this as a 10/10 for me is unlike Elden ring the different endings both had bosses which were epic and unique in their own ways, and the final cutscenes feel narratively distinct and gave us something to chew on. Elden ring endings had me scratching my head and wanting more

whole soundtrack goes hard. ambience was great most of the time. story felt alright. definitely no nier story, but i think they kept stuff pretty simple and set up what could be a more interesting sequel. also the fact that korea's gov invests in their video games makes me think that this is def gonna get a sequel. made a splash at launch i'm sure their roi will be good. so. we gonna get more eve

final moments of the game were tasteful af too. fade to black during the fighting -> credits gave me some chills. they doin cool stuff.

only character i really felt meh about was adam. i just dont know if the actor was the right choice. by the time the end of the game came around i couldn't tell if adam was a traitor or if he genuinely just had to undermine eve with his intentions b/c of eve's protocol and all that. this could've been remedied if the voice actor didn't always sound shifty as hell. but he did always sound kinda suspicious and as a result it was strange that choosing to merge w/ him was considered the "good" ending.

I did my first playthrough on the Korean sub and NG+ on English and Adam is much better in Korean

yeah the English VA always holds back games like this sigh, gonna do my next playthrough on Korean and hope it elevates the experience
