small sample size in my survey but basically every time someone does a poll like that it comes back abt 30% black, no matter the sample size.

I think the obvious conclusion is that ktt is abt 30% black

maybe it really is less white than you think...

What are the other times people have done a poll like this on the site w a decent sample size ?

Yeah let's not act surprised. Most everyone from Jay, 50, Wayne, Kendrick, Travis and other superstars have a majority white fans. Nothing wrong with being white either if that's who you are

I mean to your following post I would definitely qualify anyone who'd do that as unstable

You're right though, this is probably a projection of my own insecurities on the people who'd call me slurs back in the day because I was a shade darker than them. I just genuinely have a lot of distrust of white suburban culture to this day in my late 20s because of the s*** I'd hear people say and do to me and my friends.

I have a whole thing on this lol im abt to basically write a novel here lol. as a preface, just wanna say that I love thinking abt s*** like this im just a philosophy nerd.

Ok so the first thing that needs to be understood is how race works. Race is a social construct. skin color, biologically speaking, has literally nothing to do with who someone is as a person. The only reason it matters is because, as a society, we say it does. skin color is also an extremely broad gradient with no clear lines or distinctions. "Black" and "White" could mean completely different things depending on what time period ur looking at or who u ask. It's extremely important to understand that white and black aren't real things. "white people" is a made up idea, so is every other racial group.

That being said, social constructs are still kind of real in a way. Sort everyone by skin color and then treat every group differently, and yeah ur gonna find that differences by skin color materialize. In a sense, a society that believes in the made up idea of race will make it "real". Super important to note that differences created by an external system do not come from inside a person and can totally be addressed and basically nullified. Once you realize race isn't real, its like nirvana, the stupid cycle of racism ends and you are above the bullshit. So yeah, I would say almost everyone is born and raised into being somewhat racist, but by acknowledging race as a social construct and addressing their own racist biases anybody can overcome that. Anyway, the point is that, while race is made up, discrimination and inequality along these made up lines of race still exists, and still needs to be addressed.

I know this is probably setting off some "I don't see race" or "I'm colorblind" alarms, but trust me that's not what I'm saying. 99% of the time when people say that, they haven't actually really grasped that race doesn't exist, and are just saying s***. It's almost always used as a way to say "im not racist, end of discussion, lets not look any further into my biases or behavior". Most of the time, it's also used as a way to shut down anybody who tries to talk about racial inequality. People with darker skin do get treated differently, noticing and pointing that out is different from actually believing in race. People who say "I don't see race" conflate those two things. They stop halfway, realizing race isn't real, and fail to take the next step of going "hey wait so that means we should really seriously address how we treat people differently based on skin color".

Long story short, race isn't real but racism is.

Social constructs usually generate inequality, and its usually easier for the group disadvantaged by a social construct to realize it's complete bullshit. Members of the group in power usually have a really, really hard time getting to that point. As a result, those who are privileged in a system based on social constructs are usually more likely to discriminate (and are also the only ones who seriously hurt anyone when they do discriminate). So it should make total sense why white people are 1. more likely to be racist, 2. more racist in terms of actual real world consequences. When people say "black people can't be racist" what they really mean is "when black people are racist, almost nobody is ever seriously affected, so why on earth would we talk about that instead of the racism that actually affects people". And that's a very valid point, even though saying "black people can't be racist" is probably the stupidest, most controversial way to word it.

White kids are so weird about race because they are raised to believe in race, and no matter what, if you believe in race you will be at least a little racist, but especially so if you barely ever interact with anyone outside your group, and are taught to look at minorities negatively. I don't think it makes them bad people because it's not their fault, the takeaway shouldn't be "fuck white people". But it should be "people with white skin tend to be racist, lets address that". That's where the CRT stuff and the whole calling everything racist and problematic stuff comes in, its an attempt to address that. But when white kids see it, its usually on Fox News being framed as an attack on them, or poorly presented and just genuinely feels like an attack. So you get kids who go with that perceived attack and become self-hating weirdos (plenty of libs and ktt whites are like this) or take it really poorly and become alt-right weirdos. The only way out (and this applies to everyone, not just people with white skin) is to realize race isn't real and step above all the bullshit.
