Update 8: Although 38 Baby was his breakout tape AI YoungBoy was his first real commercial success and this tape justifies its popularity on each track. Perfect blend of aggressiveness and melody and each track seamlessly transitions. Didn’t feel the urge to skip once. Honestly AI YoungBoy is a 10/10.

Update 9: Ain’t Too Long is a pretty short project but it gets the point across effectively. Honestly this project reminds me a lot of the modern YB sound and I feel that it’s definitely underrated.
Ain’t Too Long is a 8.5/10

Update 5. Before I go is basically just a repackaged Mind of a Menace 2 with a few mew songs and a remix of Murder.
The original songs weren’t really notable but I wasn’t horrible either. I give it a 6/10.

Simply how good I think the tape/album is
Op knocking these out back to back
Update 10: Fed Baby’s is the first collaborative project in his discography and it doesn’t disappoint. YB and Moneybagg trade bars and harmonize together on every track and it’s great. Beat selection wasn’t out of this world but there was pretty good variety. Mixing and overall quality of certain songs is shaky at times but overall this holds up.
Fed Baby’s get a 8.5/10

If you actually listen you’ll see that he’s a pretty capable lyricist
Lyricism isn’t just generic rappity rap boom bap.

It’s being clever. Fewtch and Kodak are clever, I have yet to say YB is too.

Update 11: I hadn’t listened to Until Death Call My Name since middle school and honestly it sounds even better to me compared to then. Seeing that this is his major label debut there’s a huge spike in quality when it comes to mixing which stands out compared to previous projects. This album definitely feels like a victory lap to me, YB finally made it and is going harder than ever. His delivery on every track is confident and self assured as if there’s no effort behind it. Enjoyed every track on here and I have to say that Until Death Call My Name is a 10/10

Update 12: Master the Day of Judgement isn’t as fleshed out or consistent as Until Death Call My Name and that’s its main problem. Has its moments but it’s not as captivating as his other projects. Master the Day of Judgement gets a 7.5/10 (the Uzi feature made me bump this up to a 7.5 instead of a 7)

Gonna count the reloaded version of Until Death Call My Name as its own project and rate the 7 extra songs that way
Update 13: For what it is the reloaded version of Until Death Call My Name is pretty good but is mainly carried by the last few songs. The first couple songs are a bit iffy but once Thug Cry starts YB doesn’t miss. Not much to say but Until Death Call My Name (Reloaded) is a 6/10.
