I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle. I’m 6’5”, 330lbs and I’m looking to slim down over the next year or two to 190lbs for health reasons.
I want to slowly change this, I know I won’t stick to it if I just start running 5 miles today.
Is there a good way to slowly build up to more activity. Something where I can tangibly meet goals and then raise them once I consistently meet them.
Any advice?
Walk for an hour minimum every day.
All the time you spend finding new music/podcatss every day just save em. DONT LISTEN.
Then when you go on your walk you get to hear what you've been wanting to hear all day.
Easy motivation to get out n get going,
and the time you would have just listened right away is now stacked.
So rather than your day feeling shorter, you feel like you're on the verge of it being as equal as it was previously.
