Kill me now
@Smoochie Nah, look at this s*** man. Why they keep pissing on the corpse of this franchise yo.

yeah i'm out
I put my playthrough of Arkham knight on pause for another Elden Ring run once dlc was announced but I am about to hop back in. Feeling refreshed since I played asylum and knight back to back
Kill me now
Seeing that Meta Quest logo pop up is the fastest I've ever been out on something in my life
Kill me now
Wow what a f***ing troll.
More games need to be like Asylum
heard the same company is making a gi joe snake eyes game rn
I’ve been watching a lot of clips of the new AR Arkham game. Looks surprisingly awesome. And it seemingly has new lore and expanded stuff that fans are loving
Makes me more confident in a new entry in the universe being good, even if the OG Arkham developers have left the company now
Just started watching PENGUIN on Max and can we talk about how Arkham is one of the most interesting and fully fleshed out cities in fiction. Really made me wanted to go back to the games
it's such a shame Arkham Knight didn't get a current gen patch.
4k 60fps would do this game wonders

I almost re-installed City myself lol. The Batman/Penguin version of GC is one of my favorites.
just replayed the trilogy and noticed how terrible arkham knight is compared to city and asylum (goat btw).
The gameplay, graphics and art desgin are superb, but man the story, characters, bat-tank, mission-design, boss-fights and the militia are so bad. the open world also feels wonky, arkham citys world was way more dense and the architecture was way better.
they shouldnt have fired paul dini after arkham city, Jason Tood as AK and Scarecrow were the worst main villains ive ever seen
better than insomniacs spider-man games
i said it
Freezing cold take. It’s not even close

A Arkham City’s story was not particularly good either. I honestly think that AK would be seen as the ultimate Batman game if it weren’t for bat tank and lack of boss battles
AK is surely the ultimate Batman simulator and has the most long term playability + best atmosphere out of the trilogy
You’re not wrong tho, villain picks were dogshit. The game is so close yet so far to perfection, it’s frustrating.

i’ve heard this game is actually really great
i’ll play when i get my quest 3 and come back

Knight is the best game by far. Story is important but it is the least important factor for a video game to be great. Whatever game is the most fun to play repeatedly is the best game and that definitely knight
Asylum and city are basically unplayable compared to knight

Unplayable is a crazy stretch
They feel slightly worse to play but come on

Big agree. The gameplay in knight is so superior to the others. Also replayability factor is way up
