Besides games with concepts like this "kill the whole justice league!" rarely stick Canon wise and is probably changed by the end of the game/start of next game via time travel or some multiverse bullshit

I mean yeah, literally right after that I'm sure you can see a multiverse Batman pop up on your minimap as an endgame boss/DLC

I guess to some, this is like the equivalent of making a live service Zelda game a decade later, and shooting link in the head for s***s and giggles

That’s absolutely it. Tbh I didn’t realize it either. RS did a poor job conveying that the following seasons actually finish the narrative.

As for your concern, I think that the first 6 seasons are already made and locked in no matter how the game performs. It’s everything after that point which is in question. I hope this game succeeds in the long run because RS could potentially do some really cool s*** for next years narrative
