So at my university (UVA) I recently moved out of my singular dorm and into an apartment with two others dudes because it was cheaper.The only thing we share is the kitchen but we have separate rooms and bathrooms.

Each weekend I normally go home to visit my mom because it gets lonely on grounds without any to talk to. Recently, my roommates have been giving me “heads up” before they bring guests over, however, they continue to ask me when I’m leaving to go home.

For example, I was warming up some food and my roommate asked me at approximately what time was I leaving and kept peaking out his bedroom door to see if I left yet.

When they bring people over during the week I sit in my room but it feels awkward asf. They be having movie night with girls and they don’t even ask if I want to watch too. I’m not upset or anything it’s just I now feel obligated to leave every weekend so they can throw their weekly parties.
