Well it’s been that way since I’ve been in kindergarten out the womb… so how do I fix it

I mean idk ur whole life but it starts with finding stuff youre good at and working to better yourself in those areas

Ik its hard i go through periods of feeling worthless and insecure and its not gonna happen in one day that fixes everything but i think at least setting short term goals would help

Also dont focus on what other people think of u if you yourself dont like yourself

Its cliche but going to the gym will at the very least make you feel good and healthy

Doesn't have to be weightlifting either it could be any type of physical activity

The way i see it is that either i fail trying or i fail not trying

Tricked my roommates and made them think I left. I saw a random shorty in the living room who seemed surprised by my presence but I didn’t see the roommate.

So I pretended to leave and once I came back I saw the roommate and the shorty smoking in the living room. Not sure why they’re being so secretive because of smoking lol.

I’d like to propose another theory and maybe say your roommates are threatened by your presence like you’d steal their hoes?
