the album already peaked in hype
in your eyes would’ve done blinding lights numbers if the tracks switched release
thats what ktt said about heartless and blinding lights too brother
Also op In Your Eyes has 70mil streams more than save your tears
That's because they pumped money into getting it on all the biggest Spotify hit lists right before radio servicing
I mean his new album really isn't that mainstream friendly, not surprised tbh
I’ve never seen anyone spell the word good like “mainstream friendly” before

Drake was bad for this
yeah, the issue is that blinding lights hadn't yet peaked by the time they started pushing in your eyes, so when it did peak they had already exhausted a lot of the rollout. they should've waited a month or two before dropping the MV and starting the radio push.
obnoxious mix on the sax like with use this gospel and stop trying to be god. that harmonica was a lot.
Song is garbage, imagine thinking people were still listening to after hours a week after it dropped let alone 2 months

Yeah sadly this is what I think is closest to hitting home.
S*** flopped lmao remember his label head saying "we got another one" before the album dropped
I mean it's pure s*** so I get it
I always wonder how does it feel to hate something so big and acclaimed?
Like seeing someone who hates Godfather or Thriller like what is it like?
literal garbage song
Still shambles
Scared to Live would do good in this climate but needs a better mix.
He should've kept that song in the tuck for a Disney movie tbh
Woulda been huge
