Think he might have just killed the deluxe game with the tweet frfr
yeah i’m sure labels are shivering in their boots at this schoolboy q tweet man 😰
Nah before
Just searched it u right, I still think Uzi success off of his deluxe made more rappers drop those type of deluxe albums
Deluxe albums been getting released since forever
It’s how they’re releasing them is scam s***
Deluxe tracks aren’t canon I just ignore them every time
3/4 of the WTT deluxe songs are some of the best on the album
Deluxe tracks aren’t canon I just ignore them every time
Deluxe tracks like the GT of music
3/4 of the WTT deluxe songs are some of the best on the album
Same thing with TLOP
He's right tho time to abolish this trend of deluxe albums because more often than not, they're mid af and don't even elevate the quality of the album
Responded to a loser
To forcibly get this point off
Nigga lame
this makes me wonder tho, what is y'all favorite deluxe edition of the decade so far?
i think mine is Jessie Ware's What's Your Pleasure (Platinum Pleasure Edition). she snapped
SZA scrapped that SOS Deluxe and she gon drop whole another album.
The vastly better option.
Just call the album something different!
Ever since Damn. Nation. happened
yeah i’m sure labels are shivering in their boots at this schoolboy q tweet man 😰
exactly we're thinking the same thing
huh? this was the biggest scam of them all. literally a cynical ploy to get you to buy the same $25 CD at 4 different retailers.
im not about to cape for capitalism but back then only certain stores had those versions
collectibles used to mean something in culture

Roc Marciano - Elephant Man's Bones ALC/Pimpire edition.
We got Macaroni, Momma Love, DNA and Turkey Wings which could arguably be better than half the joints on the original version.
Would just make so much more sense for artists to release a separate ‘B-Sides’ album a couple weeks after. Bonus tracks to me just mean that you added songs that you didn’t feel were strong enough for the initial album tracklist, which is all good, but it would probably come across more genuine labeling them as such.
All those labels that were planning to release deluxe versions are shaking on their boots at the presence of kendricks ex weed carrier...
the world needed 2 alive geek pack
the realest post itt
its not like they cost us more money to stream tbh
they used to be a bit of a scam to get you to be an album thats 8 bucks for 12 or something because it had 3 more songs on it that arent really all that.
Now its just to give your album like another streaming push since people are very likely to listen to a new song before relistening to the old stuff
The way they go about it is a scam sure but if im getting more songs I’m never complaining
I love music ofc I’d accept more
