You really thought you had one

Imagine thinking you're superior for trying to point out what the most of us have already acknowledged, the de-aging isn't perfect. I don't think there's anyone in here claiming that, there's times where it looks pretty eh, especially when Frank is young young, but what you posted isn't any better. Pesci looks god f***ing awful and you stay obsessed with this idea that just because they were de-aged it should mean they should look like younger versions of themselves but that's just not the case. It wasn't the intention, they're not trying to make De Niro look like young De Niro. I'm not gonna battle you like Mr Yeezy so whatever you reply with, (if you do) I'm not gonna respond.

i'm fully aware there are many that didn't like the cgi, i'm just talking about those who said it was fine or even good, when it's obviously far from it.

I don't buy the "they are not supposed to look like themselves" argument at all since Pesci and Pacino do look like younger versions of themselves, it was De Niro the one that looked god awful (whether or not they were trying to make him look the same). It wouldn't have been much of an issue had they chosen younger actors for those parts instead of this cartoony trash.
