@mjpplus do we think this will be the screen unseen tonight for AMC?

I think it might...
The Screen Unseen is listed at 2 hr 3 min, this is listed at 2
Only other option I think would be Terrifier 3 but that's 2 hr 8 min and that could be a MAJOR turn off for a good chunk of people

Word and I read it would be listed as “Scream Unseen” or some s*** and NR rather than R
This was cool, I really liked the way it was shot, super grimey and had vhs static. Almost felt like a documentary at times. The performances are easily the best part, Sebastian Stan gives two back to back incredible and transformative performances with this and A Different Man. But Jeremy Strong as Roy Cohn is really interesting to watch. His cadence, the way he talks, how dead his eyes are, it’s quite funny how those things stand out when physically it’s almost over the top with him having a huge spray tan. But anytime he came onscreen it commanded the scene. As the film goes Stan’s Trump becomes more detestable, but its comical how at the start of the movie Trump is more “normal” but he’s already in deep s*** before it even starts for being an a******
I think it starts to lose some steam toward the third act and has a slow start until Trump officially goes under Cohns wing. I’d say it’s worth it for the performances alone. Also Maria Bakalova.. call me
7.5/10
i liked this although didn't love. Jeremy Strong is like... really incredible in this unsurprisingly but also I've mainly only known him as Kendall Roy for the past 5-7 years so it's kinda crazy how well he plays this role and just makes me want to see him be in WAYYY more things, he is truly an artist. people make fun of him for his commitment but seeing interviews and he's actually incredibly well-read and cultured. anyways yea this was a fun good time, needed more Roy Cohn! The scenes without Roy make me miss Roy, not that I dislike Sebastian Stan in this, he does great too but the most interesting parts of the film are when Trump and Cohn are together. leaning to a 3.5/5 on this one. I think it has some good comedic moments, an interesting perspective on the life and rise of Donald Trump but can feel a bit aimless and meandering at times.
