I feel like there's nothing wrong with leaving a job after 3-4 months if you don't enjoy it. I'm not sure how it affects you getting a new job bc thats not something I've done, but I don't think people that do should feel bad about it. bc if they needed to save money they'd fire you with no notice and not give a f***

like i had a friend go to a job interview i personally helped set up for him and say "ya i quit my last job bc it was boring"

The point I’m making is that not too many people work out of enjoyment, they work because they need to pay bills. So it makes sense why people would job hop. If you aren’t enjoying what you’re doing, any little thing will cause you to quit. That’s anything in life

All you need is to look good and have a bubbly and confident personality, I've gotten more jobs and Interviews off personality alone rather than my Resume regardless of the past.

how u get an interview off ur personality ? since they check ur resume first then conduct an interview where u can showcase ur personality

I've got the skills from previous experience in retail and volunteering, but my confidence to talk directly to management without fear always put me in better positions than a resume would.

in my case i explain the situation as to why i both want and deserve an upgrade. my first job out college gave me great experience but i was making next to nothing so i got a new job making 20k more a year after less than a year.
