So that could be something like 2.25 nalgenes
Do this for 2 months.

drinking mad water without consuming salt is diluting ur electrolytes.
Been trying to improve my skin over some time and honestly the difference hasn't been huge.
Got an moisturizer, sunscreen and bha/aha plus clay mask. I also do oil cleansing but I was wondering if I should switch it up, been seeing cerave thrown a lot but I'm not sure if it's cause it's inexpensive in US or it's good? It's around 15 USD which I guess isn't a lot in the skincare world but how long do they last?
Any ideas else other than switching up cleaners?

Whatâs better hydrating cream to foam cleanser or sa cleanser?
hydrating cream to foam is a great daily cleanser
if you get the sa one, donât use it everyday. maybe twice/three times a week at most

it depends... the foam cleanser is top. However, either of their moisturisers didn't make a difference for my skin.
