    Best skincare treatment is FREE

Drink 1/2 your bodyweight (in lbs) oz of water everydat

So that could be something like 2.25 nalgenes

    Do this for 2 months.

    See the difference.

Drinking water doesn't just magically stop acne and reverse acne marks and scars though

No doubt water has a big effect and I drink 3L a day and seen a change but to tell someone who’s dealing with cystic acne, blackheads and other under the skin issues to just drink water is ignorant.

Products like Tretinoin & Salicylic Acid have had years and years of scientific research and have been proven to work. No amount of water will shed skin and generate new layers.

Water is good for you but just drinking water doesn’t give you clear skin.

At the very least you need a good face wash and moisturizer (which is all I have).

I just looked into them and they both of have some awful ingredients like coconut oil which is super comedogenic and fragrance which will irritate sensitive skin. If you're looking for a cheap start-up cleanser, I suggest picking up the Cerave Facial Foaming one.

A key mistake people make is assuming that just because a product is "all natural" it's automatically better.

    Hi Roller

what about shea butter? that ingredient is in everything nowadays too

On paper, shea butter is a great ingredient for smoothing and hydrating skin. However, I personally wouldn’t use it for my face or go out of my way to look for moisturizer that include it because it can be quite heavy. For some, due to its consistency, can clog pores too. It’s dependant on the user.

A better & more universal ingredient for hydration would be hyaluronic acid & niacinamide.
