Follow these tips, it will change your entire experience:

    • Buy Edwin Jagger razor & a whole pack of blades from Amazon, clean the head everytime prior to shaving

    • Get Paula’s Choice shaving cream, contains no alcohol and features soothing ingredients

    • Do not shave with hot water!

    • Always shaving with the grain, by going against you can cause ingrown hair and bumps

Any reason why specifically the Edwin razor or can it just be any safety razor?

Is glass/dewy skin anything more than camera trickery(making skin blurrier which in result makes it seem smoother) and perfect lightning? It’s my biggest mystery in my skincare journey so far to understand and I still don’t know how one gets it or if it’s even possible to begin with

For anyone that’s used Tretinoin have do you just mainly use it as a spot treatment for acne, dark spots, etc? Or do you apply a thin layer throughout?

The people on Youtube begin their videos before the products dry down & use bright lights which sell that effect.

The most important part is to ensure your moisture barrier is not broken, that means you're balancing exfoliation with hydration. The latter should always be a bigger priority. The former will smoothen texture and enhance pigmentation however the products are what make the foundation pop.

    • Oil cleaning
    • Vitamin C
    • Heavy focus on hydration (essence, serums, moisturizing)
    • Exfoliation & Retinol
    • SPF

Beauty of Joseon: Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics (SPF50+ PA++++)

I switched up my sunscreen after six years and I'm really enjoying this one. It's super hydrating and easy to wear. Not as lightweight as the Skin Aqua however it's much more moisturizing - you can really get away with using this as a primary moisturizer in the summer.

    Major ingredients:

Rice extract 30% + Grain fermented extracts
Rice and grain fermented extracts are rich in vitamins B, C, E, amino acids, and minerals which help to moisturize dry skin and comfortably calm the skin.

My GF had this one and she loved it, might try it next to pair with my Beauty of Joseon oil cleanser

If you've never used BHA before then I'd suggest the Paula's Choice as it's quite gentle for new users.

    Other options:

    • Isntree chestnut 2% BHA
    • COSRX: BHA Blackhead Power Liquid
