as a big fan of industrial music(hip-hop and everything else), i don't think it's a bad album but seeing people treat it like the holy grail of noise-hop when they aren't all that well-versed in the subgenre soured me on it a fair bit. it's probably mostly my narcissism manifesting itself in my enjoyment of music though, tbh.

why'd you stop listening to him after yeezus then? i could see his musical persona evolution from 08-13 causing people to jump off the bandwagon because it can be grating, but if you like yeezus that much i'm guessing that's not your gripe

i've only listened to mbdtf, wtt and yeezus i'm not that big of a kanye fan.

his first two albums were the first i found of my own volition and really loved, i sometimes wonder how big of a fan i'd have ended up if those albums hadn't been the soundtrack to my early life

yeah when i signed up in 2013 i was an anomaly for sure but ktt has been more than just a fan site for years now.
