nah peanuts just don’t sit well with me and i run a lot so i can’t be having an upset stomach. the processed foods thing is just my mood for all kinds of food lol

3 words, pea protein powder. they sell almond milk with it mixed in, it’s definitely helpful to get the protein in
also try quinoa
got some tart cherry powder and beet root powder for the smoothies too. finna still be lookin 22 in 10 years with all them superfoods
you tried it tho? it isn't like kale or a multivitamin where it just nerfs the entire shake's flavor right lol
the flavor is strong af i usually reserve it for the green smoothies and try not to put too much in there

Oats with almond milk and banana, blackberries and peanut butter added to it
Plain Greek yogurt
