Couldn't even pass a $10.10 min. wage in 2014 but expect me to believe $15 coming later? $15 sounding like a pipe dream. I expect compromise later around $11, tbh. States are going to have to do the rest of the work themselves if $15 is needed.

15 is a compromise it would have to be like 25 to keep up with inflation

I know. But that ain't the point, lol. $15 can't pass with Joe Manchin's and republicans in the Senate. Joe Manchin said he's open to $11 and Senate republicans saying they're fine with $10.

What kills me about the minimum wage stuff is I’ve legit seen some well off people on Twitter saying that raising the minimum wage is bs because “those high school kids working minimum wage jobs don’t need it” like it’s really just high school kids that need to work minimum wage jobs, and there’s not a huge amount of people working minimum wage jobs to support their families
