He is really failing to follow through on any kind of student debt forgiveness plan, but this is also a really misleading tweet. The first article is about his $10,000 plan, and the second one is criticizing him for casting doubt on if it’s even a possibility to eliminate all student debt through executive order, which he has never boasted as something that he would do in the first place.

Did you read that Forbes article? Because that headline is grossly inaccurate to what he said and even what the article is about

He was talking about the govt doesn't want to pay 70000 a year for private colleges and s***.

Which is inline with his promise for 10k off of public college tuitions.

The article even states that he has contacted his secretary of education to write a draft of an executive order to eliminate 50k student debt from every public college student.

Despite the memes and the very inaccurate and frankly, embarrassing headline Forbes pushed out here to draw attention they are pushing out information that shows this is closer to happening than ever.

He asked his secretary of education to write the draft because he's trying to figure out if what chuck Schumer said is correct. Can he do this legally with just a flick of the pen? Because if he can't it'd would be INSANE backlash if he tried to do it and he is wrong
