I think in a society the right thing to do is to pay taxes to support the homeless, people with mental issues, and even general lazy a******s that rather not work and have a drinking habit. Govt should give them healthcare, shelter and income , have them live in average livable commie style box apartments you see in streets of turkemenistan and romania,, but let the other people build whatever they want with their loot
