Drake arena tour is expected to gross somewhere in the region of Abel’s stadium tour.

He could easily do stadiums.

World wide, the Weeknd is quite a bit bigger. In Europe, in Latin America, and probably Asia. Drake is more popular in the US (though right now with the dip after the beef, it may be closer than ever). I don't think the Weeknd will ever approach Drake's peak popularity in 2016-2018 however.

In the US, Drake could do stadiums, and has been probably able to since 2018. I think he wouldn't be able to do as well stadium wise outside the US though.
