Lotta people itt that never read the manifesto spewing uninformed hatred. Find another thread imo.
Or read anything else for that matter lmao
No need for personal attacks brother. They go low we go high.
But yeah, he is
Its just funny how bold some people are with calling others losers😂😂 Glass houses..
100% I noticed that very quickly watching Antifa vids like "why is it always scrawny white dudes with pokemon tatts?" Lmfao they have no real skills, no real prospects, and are 80k in debt for a cultural studies degree. They just want to be able to get high on heroin and watch BBC sissy trainer videos while the govt sustains them. It's pitiful. This is what happens when you don't bully kids enough in school.
Hard times make strong men
Strong men make good times
Good times make weak men (we are currently here)
Weak men make hard times
Disgusting post brother, you should be ashamed.
Goat s***
Has to get out of his chair to go kick real s*** on that lame-ass reporter for asking such a dumb question
yeah what a dumb question yeah totally
can someone convince me how socialism would work in the real world hahah
Well ideally it would work in such a way where a bunch of capitalists don't support right wing insurgencies to overthrow it. Also we would prefer it didn't leave 800 million people starving, or destroy the earth's resources while accelerating climate change. In my ideal socialist society, there wouldn't be do nothing CEO's making 500x the pay of the actual workers, nor would people be homeless or bankrupt from being unable to pay their medical bills.
Also we would like to make sure people who need medical attention can get it, and that people aren't put into for profit prisons.
There would be a much more equitable distribution of resources as well, and of course the people who are doing the labor will own the means of production.

private ownership of the means of production isnt socialist tho?
private ownership of the means of production isnt socialist tho?
Uh what
Yeah. It won't be private. It'll be owned collectively among the workers

ok i misread.
but what about innovation and being progressive. why would anyone study ‘as an example’ medicine to become a doctor if THEY have to do more time in school in order to become a doctor. They will have more loans to pay and could just rather spent their time working a job.
You think Steve Jobs would have made Apple if he lived in a socialist system?
ok i misread.

I would say that there are many more creative minds who are unable to make their ideas reality because they don't own the capital, than there are people who wouldn't want to contribute to the betterment of humanity if they couldn't become multibillionaires.
Also, the actual technology of Apple products is almost entirely government-funded.
Socialize the cost of innovation, privatize the profits of it, it's the oldest trick in the game.
By the way, the country with the most doctors per capita in the world right now is Cuba (almost three times as much as the US), and in the past it was the Soviet Union.
This article lays out the economic success of socialism nicely:
gowans.blog/2012/12/21/do-publicly-owned-planned-economies-work
"From the moment in 1928 that the Soviet economy became publicly owned and planned, to the point in 1989 that the economy was pushed in a free market direction, Soviet GDP per capita growth exceeded that of all other countries but Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. GDP per person grew by a factor of 5.2, compared to 4.0 for Western Europe and 3.3 for the Western European offshoots (the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) (Allen, 2003). In other words, over the period in which its publicly owned, planned economy was in place, the USSR‘s record in raising incomes was better than that of the major industrialized capitalist countries."
"No other country had more physicians per capita or more hospital beds per capita than the USSR. In 1977, the Soviet Union had 35 doctors and 212 hospital beds per 10,000 compared to 18 doctors and 63 hospital beds in the United States (Szymanski, 1984). Most important, healthcare was free. That US citizens had to pay for their healthcare was considered extremely barbaric in the Soviet Union, and Soviet citizens “often questioned US tourists quite incredulously on this point”"
"For example, outside its southern core, Latin America’s GDP per capita was $1,332 (1990 US dollars), almost equal to the USSR’s $1,370. By 1989, the Latin American figure had reached $4,886, but average income in the Soviet Union had climbed far higher, to $7,078 (Allen, 2003). Public ownership and planning had raised living standards to a higher level than capitalism had in Latin America, despite an equal starting point. Moreover, while the Soviet peacetime economy unfailingly expanded, the Latin American economy grew in fits and starts, with enterprises regularly shuttering their doors and laying off employees."
"Perhaps the best illustration of how public ownership and planning performed better at raising living standards comes from a comparison of incomes in Soviet Central Asia with those of neighboring countries in the Middle East and South Asia. In 1928, these areas were in a pristinely pre-industrial state. Under public ownership and planning, incomes grew in Soviet Central Asia to $5,257 per annum by 1989, 32 percent higher than in neighboring capitalist Turkey, 44 percent higher than in neighboring capitalist Iran, and 241 percent higher than in neighboring capitalist Pakistan (Allen, 2003). For Central Asians, it was clear on which side of the Soviet Union’s border standards of living were highest."

Why would you be paying loans under socialism lol? Education would be free

i doubt people will innovate if there is no profit for them in it

assuming ppl only do things for profit motive is stupid
Minecraft builders existing unironically prove that humans can advance society without a profit motive
assuming ppl only do things for profit motive is stupid
Or the assumption that the people who actually do the innovating even get the profits in the first place lol.
