This only facts

There’s only 25-26 females in Ultimate if we are counting alternative costumes

Plant is one of those Ultimate "low tiers" that would still slaughter a bunch of the cast from previous games. This game is so balanced and there are so few truly bad characters compared to earlier games that calling Plant a low tier is really only a relative term.

There are a small handful of characters in Ultimate that are not viable and Plant has a couple great moves to keep them out of the bottom 5 IMO. Neutral B is stupid.

No. This is the nature with fighting games in general, its not just a Smash thing. X character drops, X people are upset it's not a character they wanted, X people are excited and hyping how they will be the best X main and that they are going to take the game more serious, X character drops, X people within 5 minutes claim the character is either busted or no good, X people get smacked online for about an hour, X people disappear until the next character. It happens in every game, every time.

Wasn't hype for Banjo at all but Banjo fits my playstyle so I ended up using him a lot. Terry is just perfect for me as a KOF player and a fighting game player in general. Most consistent i've been win wise with a character in this game outside of Wario and Krool

I honestly just have 0 interest to ever play Hero again but I dont dislike him. Im glad Joker the character is in the game but I also dont like his playstyle.

Playing multiple Bayleths online they seem really sluggish. Ganon tier almost where you're only really getting f***ed up online because of bad connections and not being able to move out the way lol. A lot of their moves whiff from what I noticed, great rewards on hit but super easy to punish too.

You are probably right but that’s not the only reason people come for a new patch and then drop the game again, which was my point.

Definitely, there are always other reasons. I dont play Smash that consistently myself these days, I just pick it up randomly when I have the itch and Binge Terry for a bit.

cloud is the main, and him getting buffs just makes it all that much better

Byleth’s autocancelled aerials are f***ing annoying . Hard to get in there

Not being able to bait with smash attack spam from a distance is kinda annoying too

The smash attacks have so much end lag and a lot of moves are negative except when spaced appropriately. There's little kill options and the only good edge guard might risk your ability to return to the stage.

Neutral is difficult with the sluggish movements and weak nairs and tilts and weak follow up options for combos and damage.

I originally had him at B tier but going down to c tier now. :​
