Yes. That’s how it’s always worked and that’s how it should be. A business can decide who they want to serve just like we as a people can decide if we want to support a business that does that. This should not be a legal matter.

A business should be able to operate how they want as long as they’re not committing monetary or legal fraud. Bottom line is that I don’t think the government should be telling businesses who they can and can’t serve.
I think people are free to boycott or not support a business that would do such a thing.
