    Yeah there indeed is. Innovation, passion and other things but guess what? Most teachers don't do any of that and the actually GOOD teachers will go to private schools where they will have a better salary

    teachers also go where there is work, theyre the ones looking for schools to hire them not really the other way around

    Yes I already explained this is my subjective opinion and I explained why it would be impossible to look at this from an objective perspective. You can't just do a survey that would measure teachers passion. You can look at their innovation objectively which is slim to none but then people just don't want to blame them which is fine but you can see why they're undeserving of more than 58k
