Teaching is a relatively low-skilled occupation with relatively excess supply and so they don’t really deserve to have higher wages.
You're right. But is the government capable of assessing demand for teachers based on the capacities of candidate teachers? The deeper question is are we teaching the right subjects and what is the desired output of the educational system?
What you're saying implies that areas with less qualified teachers will pay more vice versa. But there are more metrics to consider and the supply demand model completely if ignores the question of how capable candidates are and how valuable they are to the greater economy

slime wrldLook bruh. I'm 19 I used to be like that and hated school. But once you graduate you'll realize those teachers are apart of the same s***ty system and have to meet quotas or else they get pestered. Just like any other job. No creative control just testing students over and iver cause the school system wants it. Learning could be amazing but the way the government funds school and outdated methods of schooling still being used , it leaves teachers and students f***ed.
They are unnecessary garbage you can study everything on your own anyway and idc anymore
