The climate change angle predicated on one line that was barely decipherable
sure, but that's a storytelling flaw in itself. The framework it sets though makes sense imo.
And to everyone who says Neil = Max is a baseless theory — I agree BUT

But again I’m just a random on the internet who thinks he can make things better lol but to me the above really would’ve removed some things that are blatantly bad while still playing to Nolan’s strengths

Amazing vid for anyone confused after watching it even though he still misses on a few other key details
the lady jumping off the boat and the backpack keychain was kinda predictable but i still had fun. also whats up with the mixing? I could barely hear s***, my imax screening was KICKING
THANK YOU omg I couldn’t hear s*** especially with their masks on
I wasn’t confused at all watching this. I was bored and was yawning. This was definitely a miss for Nolan and all the fan theories are obvious and most importantly unexciting. Neil being Max was so obvious. Why else emphasize saving a random woman who isn’t even your girlfriend and why put so much emphasis on “my son”?
They could’ve done so much with the concept. It’s definitely a missed opportunity.
Also Ludwig flopped with the score. It was only memorable in 2 or 3 scenes max.
The finale was cool but not impressive and not enough to save this train wreck
"In addition to performing stunts backwards, the main cast actually learned how to speak in reverse for their roles. Kenneth Branagh not only had to learn to speak backwards, but also had to do it with a Russian accent (he is Northern Irish in real life)."
Lmaooo
why couldn’t they just run the audio backwards
