My only point was that in the event that there actually were 5 male artists who put out the best albums, and 5 males got nominated, there’s always someone who would try to knock the nominations.
Again, agreed that some of the nominations for this year are not good, that’s why my original comment said “what if there actually were...”

the point is, though, music is completely subjective so someone somewhere is always going to be mad
they need to reformat how nominations / wins happen

It doesn’t change the results this year, but it pushes what is almost typically wrongful pressure and scrutiny in the future
