If you have the hustle, you can do it. But most people aren’t going to sacrifice time and put in the effort to do it. 18 year olds is obviously a stretch and not the usual. But in college and recent college grads, tons of people start their own businesses or work while in school

I said start businesses OR work while in school. And tons of students try to start startups, doesn’t need to be successful. Tons of students do real estate which is practically like running your own business. And lastly when comp sci/technical students are freelancing/coding people’s apps for money, that’s pretty much running a business as well. And again, I mention working too. People can work but most people don’t want to while in school
