I mean, a lot of women with OFs have s***ty ‘real’ jobs so it might not even be a big deal

Yeah that’s kind of what I’m saying. If an employer was to discriminate based on that it will end up with a lawsuit I think

Nah, job hiring managers can't discriminate based on race / sex, etc but they can choose people based on their past careers. If someone has onlyfans and it's shown in their background search, do you really think they will get hired? Hell no

I got rejected from jobs because their were pics of me partying and drinking... Do you really think their gonna hire someone who's body is plastered all over the internet?

Nah, it'll never be normalized. And I mean that in an unbiased way.

Yea but people will probably argue that it’s too close to discriminating based on s***or crossing a personal line. It depends on the company but yeah I believe a lot of them probably already don’t care that much or realize that they’d be cancelled if they discriminate based on that

But it’s already been normalized so much in the last 10 years, how can you say that? This kind of stuff was almost unheard of back then and considered shameful, that attitude has already changed a lot

True that. I guess mainly the thing is: don't post everything online. Delete your social media 😂

I’m not saying it is but I think people will make some kind of similar argument or say that it’s crossing some kind of line, I feel like public opinion already would have a lot of people against an employer using that
