Not to mention there were a lot of people who were still doubting Pattinson as Batman at that time.
Part 2 should be able to hit $900+ imo.

The ReevesVerse has grown a lot in popularity these last few years2022 was just a weird time. The Batman was the first major release after WB's same-day HBO Max thing that ruined a lot of 2021 releases, and right before it they told everyone it would be available to stream after 45 days. Not digital...streaming... 2021 release would have buried its box office.
The base for this film is far larger after the films been a mainstay on HBO, Netflix and had Penguin, and you don't need to run around telling people its not a DCEU film
