MMLP2 is kinda tragic cuz if he really dialed in and got rid of some of the terrible songs and added the bonus tracks, you’d have his 4th best with Relapse easily. His lyricism was really good on that album.

MMLP2 is a bottom tier album imo. Has really no reason being a sequel. Rick Rubin’s contributions and samples were ass, this was at the time Em’s worst choruses, choppy off-beat overtly technical battle raps on almost every song.

Bad Guy, Don’t Front, Groundhog Day (mostly because of the beat) were the best tracks by far

I really wanted to like it when it came out but for me, that was the album that made me step back from Em’s music for awhile

Revival is definitely worse but no, Kamikaze and MTBMB had better production and flows imo
