I hated mmlp 2 but all the bonus tracks are better than Houdini. Ever heard of wicked ways or dont front!? Revival had arose, castle and tragic endings all better than houdini lol

I have yet to see anybody hate Houdini besides a few people on here. I've seen nothing but praise on social media and in real life. I haven't seen people in real life talk about an Eminem song as much as they talk about Houdini in 10+ years.

Eminem is an easy target and recycling the same tired critiques of his music no matter what he does is beyond exhausting.

Houdini was corny content wise but em was rapping smooth on that and the beat was passable

Houdini is the closest he's sounded to his 2002 self in 15+ years. It's so different from all the other songs people complain about, yet people target it with the same critcisms (it basically is the opposite of the choppy, overly technical, ear grating songs on Revival yet this thread is saying it's worse than revival).

Just crazy. No matter what he does people will complain.

They tell him to go back to his old self, he comes as close as you could reasonably expect him to 25 years later and people still b**** and moan.

So Far is an awesome song lmao. I hated it at first too but the instrumental somehow fits and Eminem is genuinely himself on that and corny as f*** and the MMLP callbacks are nice

The flow, the lyrics and the hook are complete garbage. I guess what can you expect from a 50 year old that doesnt leave his house. He also has the art work paying homage to the three spiderman for tobey.... Doesnt he know that drake already did that with cole lol

So Far is angry old guy yelling at the clouds. I do like the MMLP callbacks and the flow is pretty good but that's about it.
