Art and Media is incredibly influential in young people (the people that are capable of making some change in this world)
You can work on changing laws and systems all you want, that won’t change people. Same reason why they tried to ban alcohol and that didn’t work because everyone was drinking anyway, just illegally.
Same way you can ban all guns tomorrow and people will find a way to still have them, because they WANT them.
Laws won’t change s*** if people’s minds don’t change. And Media, whether fiction, non fiction, educational, or just meant for entertainment, influence the way we view the world.
