300 TONS of e-waste from package ALONE is a serious problem for climate. I'm not defending Apple and only going to speak about my viewpoint, but as an iPhone user for years, I never used the power cable from the box because I already had one from previous iPhone. I have so many iPhone cables that I never used. Gave most of them away. I don't really see the big problem for already iPhone users. People that switch to iPhone for first time, it's only going to be a problem for them. I also use wireless charger anyways, so I havn't used a cable for a minute now. I see what Apple is doing by removing it. Free press and a look into the future, when iPhones become totally wireless with no power port at all. Apple been doing controversial things forever, and it usually gets standard after some time, and people stop b****ing about it. I don't see no one complaining about AUX anymore lmao but yea, it sucks in the beginning but will later be understandable..
