Now everybody is going to follow and not include it in their boxes, unless they want to be one of those "we still believe in including a charger" guys for marketing purposes but will ultimately last only a year or two

Yeah this is an odd rumor because it's gone back and forth a million times and there are still conflicting sources on both sides.. They will probably wait until 2021 so that they have LTPO and can add an Always On Display (1 Hz) and ProMotion (120 Hz) simultaneously.
Will also give people an additional incentive to buy the 13 in an 'S' year. I'd love to see ProMotion on the 12 still though. It's my favorite iPad Pro feature, but I do feel like the refresh rates are more noticeable on the larger displays. I want it on my Mac more than my iPhone..
