Trash StarCmon, man. Do you know who Whitney is? She's one of Rogan's friends and apparently one of his defenders do. She isn't making some grand stand and defending comedy from "woke pc culture" or whatever. She's saying that Rogan's use of the n word and calling black people monkey's is part of his job as a comedian. That was him being "irreverent and dangerous" and "questioning authority". Then basically says that it's your fault if you're offended by what he said because he's not a moral leader.
Ironically, context is what actually matters here. This isn't just a random tweet, it comes a day after Rogan had to publicly apologize.
Keep in mind, she's a massive grifter and liar too. She claims that she grew up poor when she went to a private school that costs 40k a year and her dad is venture capitalist lmao. Plus last year she was trying to sell herself out to the liberal wine mom crowd extremely hard and she had to give up on it cause no one cared. It's a money move for her.
