I dont think ppl actually comprehend how genius Frank Ocean is man mans one of the greatest writers. only a few artist in the industry I feel see that at least from what ive seen in interviews

I legitimately think he’s one of the greatest artists of all time. Whether you have him top 1,5,20,50,100 etc.. but he’s left an indelible mark not only on musical history but the sheer amount of people that are connected by universal themes of love and loss of it is incredible.

If you recall earlier I asked you the love song that comes to mind immediately. For me it is and always been Acura Integurl. Simple understated yet hauntingly foreboding

On god. It was a sound that didnt exist before. i got to white ferrari and concluded this was some new s***. never heard s*** like this ever in my life

all the other artists cant stop bragging about it when they do something dope so people having hard time understanding his genius cuz he doesnt explain himself or talk too much but if u ask me damn yeah his music is self explanatory already

Another person that thinks Pretty Sweet is the best the noisy intro coupled with the off-key vocals then turning into a drum and bass song with his voice echoing in the background definitely my most played song since 2016.

Nikes might be my personal favourite though, that harp & guitar melodies at the tail-end of the song

I felt if he was to explore a musical path he should either do noise the production path of either Pretty Sweet or Deathwish from Endless.

Two distinctly different sounds but in a weird way both are incredibly ambient and work in the same way.

The instrumental of skyline to from 1:42 onwards sounds like pure summer breeze at 7pm from teenage days
