Have you gotten any additional endings yet? But yeah, big agree. Haven't played in a couple weeks now because I do not want to deal with the free time or the combat aspects (and Limbus has had me in a chokehold lmao). Love just about everything else, but it gets pretty tiring having to skip all that s*** over and over again.
Also man, that f***ing boss theme at the end of the "prologue" is the most insane thing I've heard in a game
The saxophone
And I have 13 endings so far, good game but probably gonna shelve this game for now cause the "free time" followed by the morning and night announcements are starting to drive me insane; s***s not fun at all.
Also Hiruko is my beloved, she a real one
Recently bought SD Gundam Battle Alliance for the Switch. It was 70% off. I played the demo a while ago, and I just coming off a XCX and losing 4 mechs to a tyrant, Just threw on the demo again and found it surprisingly decent, and that there is actually a bit of depth to the game play mechanics. In terms of gameplay loop, it’s very similar to Monster Hunter.
Anyways, watched some reviews and they were all saying this is slept on. Saw it’s 70% and copped. 20 hours later I’m thoroughly loving it. Even bought the Witch of Mercy dlc so I could use Ariel. Haven’t reached endgame yet, and haven’t seen how active the online community is. But the sale goes on for another 3-4 days, if you’re a mech/Gundam fan, you will definitely enjoy this game. The story/plot is nothing but special but you can get into it for nostalgic purposes.
The game might come across as shallow at first, but it’s surprisingly robust.
Is Unicorn Overlord story realy that nad? I'm thinking about trying IT cause its on sale and i Heard some complains about IT story do idk

Yeah it’s not good, extremely mediocre actually. Still one of my favourite games from last year because of how fun the team building is. Try out the demo and see if you like the gameplay, don’t expect much from the story though

Never played either of those. Heard good things about Chrono Cross though

Story is extreeeeeeeemely generic. I wouldn’t say “awful”. But the gameplay is amazing though, so I still say it’s worth playing

I asked this same question on another sight last week lol
Few new games announced recently
Prob gonna skip both HD-2D games. No real interest in the route they're going with Octopath 0, especially with that base building mechanic.
I need something fire to play nothing interesting to me on my current list
Same here. Not finding anything particularly interesting atm. The Trails in the Sky remake next month is the only thing I'm looking forward to, but it's basically just a replay for me since I played the original.
not an jrpg but I'm in the middle of an AI: Somnium Files playthrough
Good choice. The mystery is good and the comedy is funny as hell. Though while you're at it...

i just might. First, I'll probably play through the 2 other Ai games and finally focus on 13 Sentinels
Xillia was a good game, but it being the 30th anniversary announcement (?) is pretty ass. Regardless, they can keep whatever new game they're making if it's anything similar to Arise.
