Definition of unfair is:

If we have a foundation of equality (you have the same housing as me), then how am I exploiting you by offering up my customized/renovated home? The only thing you could say is if the person who wants it, is someone who also for some reason CAN’T also customize/renovate their home in the same way that I did.

also is not conceivable that the elimination of the reactionary ideology leads to the fomentation of unrest? it seems unlikely that the entire onlooking population will (1) be completely on board with governmental ideas and (2) witness the 'elimination' of the 'reactionary ideology' and not (at least in some circles) feel contempt for the government in acting in such a way, thereby generating more unrest.
