The councilman he's colluding Sebastian Hady becomes a corrupt mayor in the comics so maybe Oz starts out as councilman. He's only now joining the elite class in Gotham and being introduced to other elites by Hady

All of this political corruption talk is making me think Harvey Dent is absolutely showing up in Part 2

Gotham crime has sky rocketed and politicians are corrupt …I’d imagine Dent will start his campaign to become DA and it will catch Bruce’s attention.

My issue with the classic Dent angle tho is... they've already used "the young politician vying for change" thing on Bella Real. She's the one leading anti-corruption commissions and trying to curb Gotham's crime. She also went out of her way to get Bruce's attention and convince him that he can do more in the city. Like we just did Gotham elections with her "Real Change" posters everywhere and she's arguably serving the exact role Harvey does.

They can't duplicate this exact same storyline again. Harvey is already one of the most predictable Batman storylines. Everyone already knows what will happen if he appears. I wouldn't be shocked if Dent is already the new DA or something but if he's introduced they need a completely revolutionary take that none of us have seen before

This kinda leads into a theory i've had since pre-The Batman release that Bella either is a new Batman villain or Two Face herself . The depiction, appearance in the last episode and new positioning of Councilman Hady has only emphasized this for me further. This would be a turn that'd actually be a shock for once

I was having a debate with my girl two episodes ago and I was questioning why Oz loves Vic so much - something ain’t right

nah look he did care for vic, and that's why he had to do what he had to do. he saw himself in him, but come the end he saw it as a weakness which could potentially contribute to his downfall. it's cuz of that love that he had to do it.

I think Oz prefers having slimy people around him only with him for the money vs people who genuinely care for him or are loyal. He more comfortable that way and makes all the people around him expendable

i think he cared more about vic than he did about whatshername. like if someone tried to ransom her he'd be like "...okay do it"
