Just watched S05E11 - The Test Dream. What a brilliant episode of television This nailed the feeling of what dreams feel like better than any other episode so far. Tony's teeth falling out, the goofy conversations, the gaps in logic. And the episode ends with Carmela showing genuine concern for and staying on the phone with Tony

Last episode was great too. Tony a real piece of s*** for bringing up Janice's son just because he was jealous of her dealing with her anger He going off the rails

definitely 1st, the "episode of the week format" shows its age

It found itself eventually but boy that pilot had some sitcom level cringe like when Carmella comes out with the assault rifle only to find it was just meadow trying to sneak out, all that was missing was a laugh track
