Currently watching the episode where Tony killed Christopher and Jesus, I forgot how s***ty Tony was by the end of the show He really considered killing Paulie just because he's annoying He's not even likable anymore, just a psychotic a******

Home Movies was jokes. Them getting drunk, arguing over Monopoly rules, Tony and Bobby throwing hands, Tony being salty the next day and making excuses for losing Just looked up what else this director did. The episode where Ralph was killed, the one where Adriana was killed and the pilot of Game of Thrones

If you had to choose out of everyone, which character would you be in the show?

He was going to kill Pauly cause he knew he was leaking crucial information to Jonny Sack iirc didn't kill him out of pure nostalgia when he totally had a reason to

Chrissy was never gonna kick heroin which means the feds were always gonna have leverage on him

    Otherwise yeah

He suspected that Paulie leaked the joke to Jonny soon after Paulie got released and hinted towards it in the car on their way there. What really annoyed him is Paulie's big mouth, the jokes and the Woody the Woodpecker laugh he does. Leaking info was a factor but he was mostly fantasizing about killing Paulie on that boat because he was annoying. That's what nearly pushed him over the edge

And yeah, Chris was a liability. But again, he put up with it for years and he was going to help Chris out of the car until Chris told him he was high and saw the branch would've killed the baby had she been there. Had that not happened, he probably wouldn't have taken the opportunity to kill him

  • Finished my rewatch - Idk how anyone can interpret that ending other than Tony got popped

Show was better on my rewatch than I gave it credit for during my first watch. Not replacing Breaking Bad as my GOAT series, but just took the #2 spot from Mad Men One criticism I have - the show has a lot of scenes where characters are just talking. Felt like a soap opera at times. That's what makes Breaking Bad slightly better imo, there's a better balance of character development and action

Loved how the characters felt realistic, they recalled hurtful words that were said to them years ago. Was shook when Tony brought up Camilla telling him he'll go to hell before his MRI and AJ bringing up Camilla calling him an animal at his confirmation Makes them feel like actual people. AJ a total whiny b**** btw, really hate him as a character

Also loved why Dr Melfi stopped seeing him at the end. Fascinating to think that he was (possibly even subconsciously) manipulating her the entire time and then complaining about therapy not helping. You can even see it when they talk to AJ's therapist, he makes it about him and brings up his mommy issues

Amazing show, I actually feel like I miss these characters and don't know what to watch now that I've finished it

    She was a whooowha

  • Nah Johnny Ballsack was definitely one of the few characters for which I always felt Tony was genuinely threatened whenever there were moments of tension among the families.
