I would’ve loved it if the last scene was Meadow coming through the door Tony was staring at in the restaurant, but her face twists in horror as she reaches her hand out & then screen goes black.
That would've been so fire but we wouldn't be talking about it for years like it is now lol
You know which character suffered the most imo?
Rosalie Aprile, for the love of God. Jesus Christ, poor woman lost everyone she loved. First her husband, than her son, and at the same time right after, her boyfriend. Watching those few episodes with the Jackie Jr street trial & Ralphie’s bad decision were way too hard, watching her cry knowing what’ll happen because she was the wife of a former boss once, she knows.

Her final scene is so powerful
Rosalie shows the most realistic part of mob life
How about telling him to hit the gym after the Sopranos is over like Rick Ross

What is her final scene, i forgot?

Second to last episode, her and Carmella are home when Tony comes back saying their lives are being threatened. You’ll have to find it but she manages to give a parting goodbye as if she’ll never see them again and encouraging wisdom simultaneously.
Happy birthday, James Gandolfini.
My favourite Sopranos sequence
Chrissy’s Vince McMahon walk
“Vito Spattafore is an ass muncher!”
Paulie’s “Ho!”
“Let’s take this in the back” “yeah that’s what Vito did”
Chrissy’s stupid suggestion, “what we gotta do Tone, see him take in the ass?”
“Maybe you’re a flambé”
“I never said it but I knew” lmfaoo
“AIDS!”
it wouldnt be no cock neither
On my 2nd watch through. I gotta say, the whole Blundetto situation could’ve been avoided if Tony gave him up to NY, it would’ve been a double positive (his guys would shape up fearing the same + NY would like Tony).

Yeah but that was a close childhood friend of his, incredibly personal, I don’t think he could’ve done that I think it would’ve f***ed with him in the long run
Watching the whole Paulie finding out his real mom|| thing was heartbreaking. Mans really ||cried in the hospital & took out his rage on an innocent kid
Last scene was brilliant.
In my view he gets his brain blown out at that moment. Now when I think about the ending we got versus an ending where they show him getting shot and maybe Carm screaming in horror .... the ending we got is so much better IMO
But I’ve gone through a lot of different opinions on the ending in the 10+ years since it aired. And that’s also part of why it’s great. I still think about it.
Man when I first seen it I hated it. Like... I was extremely pissed and unsatisfied.
But then you think about how it was eloquently laid out for us since the start of the last season.. "What would Tony do if he had a second chance?". And we saw what he would do. I wanted Tony to live the first time I seen it. But then it made more sense when revisiting.
What makes the last scene even more chilling is thinking about the aftermath. Carm...AJ... did the killer take them out, too? There was only one exit. Meadow was standing at the door.
Breaking Bad > The Sopranos
Sopranos was great but not as intriguing and exiting as BB
