Acl not a death sentence anymore. Might have a slow start but heāll be fine
I kinda want Carter more now that we got him but I agree we really need to hit on a WR that we can keep here for a long time
Oh yeah I mean Iām not saying heās going to be washed or anything, but I think assuming that heāll be putting up the WR1 numbers he did in Buffalo are a pipe dream at this point in his career
Wolf just signed his termination agreement with that Diggs contract. I donāt like that at all.

itās essentially a one year deal, no harm done
Based on all the draft chatter Iām gonna break down the current odds like this:
60% we take Campbell at #4
10% we trade down
30% we take Carter at #4
Give me Will Campbell at #4 to play OT for a decade, and either Tyler Booker or Donovan Jackson at #38 to play Left Guard for a decade (and then weāll be done with ass cheeks Robinson and Sow, and Strange can play backup like he always shouldāve).
We would instantly go from having a bottom 5 offensive line to a top 15 offensive line
I would also LOVE moving back into the 1st round to grab Josh Simmons. Have him do a redshirt year while we have Moses, and then succeed Moses in 2026 to play Right Tackle. Weāre kind of screwed there long term right now, because Moses is so old.
Iāve said this since Tom left and we started rebuilding with young QBs ā the focus needs to be on offense in the draft. If Abdul Carter is there, I get that you canāt pass him up because the value is too high.
But you absolutely need to surround a young QB with talent on the offense to boost his confidence. So talk of Jalon Walker makes me sick. Even picking some other Edge in the 2nd round makes me sick ā thereās going to be so much offensive talent available at #38, and just like last year, we have the option to not be cowards and to trade up to grab someone we feel is worth it
Iāve been super in on Campbell pretty much all off season as the guy I want us to pick. But for some reason in the last 48 hours Iāve seen so many people pushing back and showing all the historical data based on arm length that says he would make a bad tackle (keep in mind, theyāre going based off of combine measurements though, and not pro day which many think is a more realistic measurement) and now even seeing people push back against the tape and say thereās been a lot of breakdowns he had against top rushers because of his arms
I guess because Iām so desperate for a better O Line I wouldnāt mind going with him even if it meant that he just ended up being an All Pro guard and a team captain/David Andrews level leader.
Also I have no idea who else other than Jeanty or T Mac (who I think has been unfairly treated this evaluation cycle) we would realistically look at on offense at #4. I think if youāre going Tackle Membou has even more question marks than Campbell so heās a no for me. And again, the last thing I want is defense there.
locked in
I like the pick
give me burden tomorrow and weāre golden
Heās got character concerns from what I hear
Not a Vrabel type guy from what I gather
Really not a fan of the players available rn.
Usually Iād hate the idea of trading down, but this might be one of the rare years where it makes sense. Donāt see anyone thatās currently available where Iād feel like they are worth #38 overall
Henderson is probably the only one. I could be talked into Higgins too I guess, but Iād like him way more 10 picks later
we really building a squad, williams looks like he has some real upside. getting him makes me feel better about taking henderson instead of burden.
And now we grab Jared Wilson, center of the future and allow Strange to just focus on Left Guard again
Literally the perfect draft
A clear sign that Wolf is in no way involved with decision making anymore

fire pick
Absolutely insane draft if all these guys reach their potentialā they all seem like perfect fits at positions of need right now or in the near future. Love that we got a Kicker and LS too.
Also Lampe as a free agent is nice, Josh needs a FB
Also I was just thinking today, Robinson was solid last year in a zone blocking focused scheme under AVP, but heās actually wayyy more suited to a gap blocking scheme like Josh runs.
Same goes for Sow, which would explain why he took a step back possibly. So maybe Left Guard will actually be super solid this year.
Strange on the other hand is probably droppable lowkey. I feel like his athleticism makes him way more suited to zone blocking and he couldnāt even do that well last year.
good looking draft
